Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring students stay engaged and confident in their learning. Assist teachers in delivering dynamic and tailored lessons. Support students with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs. Help manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive learning environment. Encourage student participation, independence, and self-confidence. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and extracurricular activities. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with secondary school-aged students (school settings, tutoring, or youth work). An understanding of SEN, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs (desirable but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
