About the role

Vision for Education is seeking graduates to work with students between the ages of 11 – 18 years of age within an Ofsted rated ‘excellent’ school based in Chesterfield. The role requires a graduate to transfer their skills and knowledge into a SEND classroom setting. You will work with pupils who display social, emotional and mental health needs, moderate learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism. The behaviours in this setting can be very challenging but also very rewarding to somebody who wants to make a difference to young adults’ social and emotional development.
Requirements
The desired graduate may have:
* Experience of working with pupils with SEND
* Experience of supporting vulnerable children or adults
* Ability to adapt to challenging situations
* Ability to work as part of a team
* A driver’s licence and access to a car
