Project Manager Project Manager opportunity working on an exciting refurbishment in the Sheffield region About the role of a Project Manager This opportunity as a Project Manager is with a Leading Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting to a Operations Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality. Responsibilities for Project Manager Substructures through to interior fit out to handover Responsible for managing a full site team Chairing subcontractor meetings Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set. Requirements for Project Manager Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Office/commercial Fitout and refurbishment schemes. Experience Working with tier 1 contractors Trade background or Degree BSC construction management. CSCS Black NVQ level 6 Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
