About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead/Manager to support and maintain our HR systems, ensuring their effectiveness and user-friendliness. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing data integrity, conducting training, and generating reports to provide insights for compliance and process improvement. You will act as a liaison between HR, IT, and our practices across the UK and Europe, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This position is part of a transformation project and will transition to business-as-usual (BAU) responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer top-notch support to the HR team and troubleshoot HR system issues.
2. Act as the main contact point between the HR team, IT department, and external partners.
3. Ensure data accuracy and organization, handling payroll details and checking data consistency.
4. Create training materials and conduct training sessions for HR system users.
5. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and ensure compliance standards are met.
6. Regularly audit data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
7. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operations.
8. Update and reconfigure HR systems as needed to keep them current and effective.
9. Maintain the accuracy and security of HR data across the system.
10. Oversee HRIS, manage and optimize business processes, and lead HR and Payroll activities on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree required; degree in a relevant HR or IT field preferred.
2. Over 5 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
7. Experience in Employee Benefits management.
8. Project Management capabilities.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with stakeholder management.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
