Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new franchisees. Cultivate a team of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the established brand regionally and nationally. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the franchise team. Encourage creativity, innovation, and teamwork to achieve common goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive training programs to ensure franchisee success. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to maximise their potential. Operational Management: Monitor and analyse franchise performance metrics. Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Conduct regular audits to maintain brand consistency and quality standards. Mentoring and Support: Serve as a mentor and advisor to franchise owners, offering guidance on business strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer service. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the franchise network. Address challenges and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Requirements: Proven experience in the property industry, franchise management, preferably in the property sector. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. In-depth knowledge of property market trends and industry regulations. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise operations.
