Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a multiskilled Engineer with commercial experience to carry out a variety of maintenance throughout the site.
Location: Edinburgh (mobile)

React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's
Technical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc
Test and diagnose power quality issues
Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M's
Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly
Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrenceQualifications and Requirements:
18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use
FM experience advantageous
Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSHPlease apply with an up to date CV!
