Office Coordinator

Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, early finish on a Friday at 4PM
Our client, with a reputation of over 25 years in the Medical Science Manufacturing industry, is looking for a candidate who can provide administrative support to the Technical Services Department to ensure a consistently high quality and accurate service is provided to our customers & engineers.
Duties include:
1. Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team.
2. Provide administrative support of the Technical Services - Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the department, including:
o Management of van repairs & MOTs.
o Assisting Operations Manager with insurance claims.
o Management of the diary for pool vans on Outlook.
o New van preparation – racking, security, trackers, cameras.
o Administration of Monthly Van checks emailed from engineers.
3. Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE.
4. Coordinate the allocation and distribution of engineers' tools, ensuring they are available when and where required and fully traceable at all times.
5. Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.
6. Assisting Operations with stock/tooling area.
7. Produce all installation kits according to the specifications provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers and manage the return of equipment to the warehouse to assist with effective installations.
