Job Description: Contact Centre Sales Advisor Office based role in Staines, Middlesex TW18 3DZ Permanent £25,000 £500 bonus to be paid on completion of probation Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Shifts between 8am-8pm (one half Saturday a month) We make health happen As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the voice of Bupa for our customers. How you’ll help us make health happen: Taking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment Working with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements Ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques Introducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers. Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred. Strong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems.
