We are looking for a Reservationist to join the family.

You are friendly, confident and passionate about
providing fantastic customer service to our guests. You’ll be a team player –
willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are
motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. You’ll also enjoy the more
administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and
the ability to anticipate what guests need!
You will be:
* Delivering excellent
customer service for our guests – no day is the same!
* Checking guests in and
out – taking payments and processing correctly.
* Guest reservations both
hotel & dinning - from phone, email and in person .
* Handling guest enquiries
and helping our guests have the best stay possible.
* Admin duties.
* A natural with people. Everything we do is from the heart and we want our guests to have an incredible experience from the minute they pick up the phone or step through our doors.
