Experience and Qualifications Qualification : Level 3 Early Years Qualification or higher Framework Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework; experience with Montessori principles is desirable. Leadership Experience : Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting. Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with children, families, and team members. Organisational Strength : Skilled in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic setting.
