About Our Client
This opportunity is with a well-established, large organisation within the Financial Services sector based in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator.
Job Description
* Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained and organised
* Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems
* Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
* ISA subscriptions and transfers.
* Processing of payments.
* Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IFA Administrator should have:
* Previous experience working for a wealth management organisation is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Can commute to Shrewsbury
