I'm looking for a dedicated Safety & Compliance Auditor to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Role Overview: As a Safety & Compliance Auditor, you will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, company procedures, and safety policies. You will oversee planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with EASA Part 145 and national aviation regulations. Support the Safety and Compliance Manager in developing and implementing the Part 145 audit programme. Conduct Safety and Compliance Audits in line with the Audit Plan. Perform unplanned quality audits as directed by the Accountable Manager or Nominated Post Holders. Identify, report, and escalate findings or concerns appropriately. Monitor and manage the closure of audit findings, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Assist in managing the certifying staff authorisation system. Prepare and manage Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) revisions, including Form 3 submissions. Oversee the control and revision of company forms to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and their practical application. Formal aviation technical training. Current certifications in Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS). Previous auditing experience in an aviation environment. Eligibility for UK airside security passes (DFT regulations compliant). Full, clean UK Driving License. Valid passport for travel as required. Previous experience in an aircraft maintenance environment. Understanding of staff certification authorisation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
