Dueto growth, we are now looking for a Clinical Trainer for our brand new site inStockton on Tees. This a permanent full time role, hours per weekcontracted on a flexible basis to cover both full time and part time trainingcourses.

Main Duties of the Role:
Youwill work with the Head of 111 Training, Network Clinical and Operationaltrainers, to devise, coordinate and deliver induction and new starter training,Pathways upgrade training, soft skill and technical training within the 111call centres by providing clinical and operational input.
Asan experienced NHS Pathways Clinical Advisor and Accredited NHS PathwayClinical Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of high qualityclinical and non clinical NHS Pathways, bespoke workshops and other solutions.
Youwill deliver face to face workshops at Stockton 111 site and using MS Teams toour existing colleagues and new starters including Pathways Core Module 1 andAdastra platform. You will also regularly deliver Pathways Clinical Core Module1 and 2 and coaching courses. You will share your knowledge and embed confidenceensuring that colleagues are well trained and confident to fulfil their role.As well as this, you will support and lead NHS Pathways release updates, softskill and technical training at site and across the Network.
Youwill be based on site at our Stockton 111 site.
Main duties of the job
In conjunction with the site based Operational Trainers, you will support both Operational and Clinical colleagues in the Foundation Bay actively coaching and mentoring, manning Foundation Bay advice line and recording activity to ensure robust development plans are in place to ensure that staff leaving the Foundation Bay are ready to join our experienced 111 call handling team.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
1. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical procedures
2. Ability to analyse performance data.
3. Understanding of call centre metrics and resource planning methods.
4. Clinical/Call centre Management experience
5. NHS Pathways Trainer accreditation
6. High level of knowledge in handling of 111 patient calls
7. Professional and driven, yet communicative and highly approachable
