The Role:
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural strategy for our client’s major transformation programme. This role is critical in aligning business strategies with innovative technical solutions, optimising costs, and mitigating risks. You will work across business, information, solution, technical, and security architectures to support the organisation's digital enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the architecture team across data, solution, security, and infrastructure domains.
2. Own the design, governance, and implementation of technology architecture within the transformation programme.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices are scalable, secure, and aligned with organisational objectives.
4. Guide business leaders in planning, designing, and operationalising digital strategies to achieve targeted business outcomes.
5. Lead the architecture practice, developing the team and integrating processes with business and IT functions.
Skills & Experience:
1. Significant experience in enterprise architecture, with expertise in Microsoft applications, technologies, and architectures.
2. Proven ability to lead architecture teams and manage complex transformation projects.
3. Strong knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, risk management, and cost-benefit analysis.
4. Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly at the enterprise level.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
