Production Technician We are currently looking to recruit a Production Technician to work at our Liverpool Headquarters site on a full time, permanent contract working from 07:00am-15:30pm. What will you do? Ensuring the output requirements of the production plant are met on a weekly basis. On time, in time and to specification Comply with and maintain the required hygiene standards and participate in programs and procedures required MR2 to Nestle standards Ensure any and all non conformances are reported to the other Technicians, Production Manager, QA/QC personnel and seek advice or take appropriate action when necessary Maintaining accurate batch traceability records and any other records required for the production operation Participation in projects that help improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs Participates in plant maintenance program to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas Ensure that HACCP and Food Safety standards are maintained Replenish PPE/Chemicals/Consumables to ensure production area is prepared at all times To perform ATP Hygiene Monitoring to comply with and maintain the required hygiene standards Become a Fire Marshall and First Aider for the area Who are we looking for? Essential Experience working in a highly regulated Production environment Experience with GMP and Food Hygiene standards Competence with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word Ability to use initiative to problem solve, but know when to escalate Good communication skills Team player Desirable Trained in GMP,Food Hygiene and HACCP Experience with 5S Experience with Continuous Improvement What we offer?
