JOB PURPOSE:
Are you ready to inspire the next generation of bricklayers? Join our team and help transform the region’s economy by equipping the construction industry with essential skills. We need someone to deliver Level 1 Diploma and Level 2 Technical Certificate in Bricklaying. We work with some of the biggest construction companies in the local area including Stevenage Borough Council and The Hills Group and many more, to ensure our students are best set up for success in the future!
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Teach: Deliver engaging theory and practical bricklaying sessions.
2. Support: Guide students in their learning and career goals.
3. Mentor: Assist with college transitions and student progress.
4. Collaborate: Work with colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
5. Enrich: Organize activities and promote our courses.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience: Qualified teacher/lecturer or relevant industry experience.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and teaching skills.
Qualifications: Bricklaying Qualification and Teaching Qualification.
