Export Customer Service Support
Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
Salary: £30K per annum
Pertemps is recruiting for an export customer service support role for a global manufacturer established in 1972. Your main responsibility will be handling and recording orders and international shipments.
Responsibilities:
* Order processing, sending PO confirmations, communication, and proposing alternative items.
* Organizing and following up on international shipments.
* Managing delivery lead times and supporting data entry in customer files.
* Proactively managing international business-related queries worldwide.
* Interacting with warehouse teams to communicate order requirements effectively.
* Coordinating with customers and logistics for cost-effective and timely dispatch of shipments.
* Ensuring orders comply with distributor agreements.
* Issuing shipping documentation.
* Issuing customer credits.
* Maintaining ERP system data.
* Following up on quality complaints.
* Archiving customer service documentation for audits.
* Supporting the sales team with various requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Meticulous and detail-oriented.
* Good understanding of IT systems with excellent user skills.
* Empathetic, patient, and clear communicator.
* Responsible and accountable.
* Customer service experience in the MD industry.
* Proficient in English.
* Knowledge of international trade.
* High level of international customer service skills.
