Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representative - (4 Day Shift Pattern)
Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £6,000 per annum. Uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday 09:00 - 19:00, Wednesday - Thursday 09:00 - 19:30. No weekends.
Start dates: 28th October 2024

The role you'll do:
As a Customer Sales Representative in our busy Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand. Day-to-day, you'll:
1. Use your sales and communication skills to upsell products
2. Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first
3. Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer

What else to expect:
15. In a 2-week training programme (Mon 10am-6:30pm, Tues-Thu 9:30am-6:30pm and Friday 9:30-4pm) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience

The experience and skills you need:
19. 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
20. A background in targeted sales and customer service
21. A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
22. Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
23. A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
24. Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
