Job Description Summary:
Our team is looking for a Property Manager to support the Head Of Region with responsibilities for our customers (tenants) and the company’s property as an asset. This includes accepting homes into the portfolio, building customer propositions, finding tenants, ongoing maintenance, rent and arrears collections, high-quality customer service, and maximizing income versus occupancy. As a Property Manager, you’ll be highly organized and will enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the team responsible for customers (tenants) – developing customer propositions and experiences.
* Manage the property portfolio ensuring excellent repairs and defects management.
* Oversee the performance of our agents.
* Manage area hosts on site.
* Conduct property inspections with customers.
* Process property applications, conduct check-ins & check-outs, and manage deposits and customer queries.
* Handle customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance and risk management within the company.
What You’ll Need:
* Extensive property management experience within BTR/PRS.
* Experience managing a team and being a team player.
* Ability to assist with oversight of managing agents.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Hands-on attitude to help build and develop our offerings.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Highly motivated with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
