They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their value-added services across their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy.
2. Identify new market opportunities alongside the Director of Sales.
3. Generate new business relationships and negotiate new revenue streams.
4. Work with the Communications, Brand, and Marketing team to define prospecting and nurturing strategies.
5. Create and maintain business development partnerships and alliances.
6. Provide feedback on customer requirements to develop innovative, profitable, and sustainable solutions.
7. Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline.
8. Stay updated on technical knowledge regarding all areas of the company's offerings.
This is a demanding and challenging position and therefore requires an individual to clearly demonstrate the following experience:
1. Proven track record of successful solution-selling and achieving sales targets.
2. Expertise in influencing and managing senior-level stakeholders.
3. Strong relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to influence at all levels.
5. Experience in Channel partnership and senior boardroom BD is essential.
Need to be willing to travel throughout the UK to attend networking events and as clients request, therefore a driving license is required.
