SUMMARY:
The Vital Human Resources business is driving innovation across the recruitment sector. Working with the team provides a unique and market leading solution to solve our client's talent issues. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to build a team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in Ireland talent trends and employment markets, taking this knowledge to bring new business to the cross-border team across a range of new and existing clients. The role is to develop relationships with new clients; win and deliver new business across staffing sectors, and to promote our solutions to the wider marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with management and the wider team to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value across new clients Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion Work with the team to develop bespoke client specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition Lead and manage recruitment processes, aligning them with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Implement strategic recruitment action plans, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to refine and enhance resourcing decisions. Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching, workload allocation, and performance management to achieve business goals.
