You will predominantly be a first point of contact for employee advice and queries, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordination the processes for all staff onboarding, recruiting, training and development, as well as advising on employment law and the business’ employment policies, ensuring the health and safety of the team, performance management, managing employee files and attendance management.The successful candidate will have solid experience already working in either a HR Manager role, HRBP or a senior HR position, preferably with CIPD Level 7. You will be a confident, well organised individual with strong IT skills and a strategic, flexible outlook.
