Our client a major Tier 1 Main Contractor in Central London, are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their bid team.
The Role:
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction team, supporting the bid and proposals process from start to finish. You will work closely with a bid manager, estimators, and technical teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions that secure major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing bid documentation and ensuring all requirements are met Coordinating submission deadlines and liaising with internal teams Editing and formatting bid responses to maintain high presentation standards Supporting the bid writing process, ensuring consistency and accuracy Researching clients and projects to tailor responses effectively Assisting in post-bid reviews and lessons learned processes
What Were Looking For:
Experience in bid coordination, ideally within the construction or built environment sector Strong organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign A team player with a keen eye for detail
