Job Description
Moore-Wilson is offering a full-time (or potentially min. 3-day/week part-time) Search/Digital Marketing role working on SEO, PPC (digital advertising), Web Analytics and other marketing channels for clients across a wide range of sectors.
Come and work for one of the most dynamic digital agencies in the South, with offices in London (Covent Garden) and Salisbury. This role can be based around any of these offices and would typically require you to be present in one for at least one day per week. Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
Our Digital Marketing specialists are seeking an individual with specific Search Marketing experience to join their team. This role will mostly comprise of work on SEO and PPC campaigns, plus web analytics consultancy, for clients across a wide range of sectors.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least:
* 2 years’ Search Marketing experience working either in-house or in an agency role, primarily including search engine optimisation (SEO) and PPC/digital ads, although web analytics experience would also be highly valuable.
* 1-2 years’ account management or B2B client handling experience. The role will include planning and managing campaigns, reporting on progress, and communicating with clients via email, phone, video conferencing and face-to-face, when circumstances allow.
Core Attributes Required
* Search Marketing – a working knowledge of SEO techniques, PPC/digital ads management and strategies, and web analytics/reporting; including the use of Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager & Looker Studio) and SEM tools, e.g., SEMrush
* Relationship Management – The ability to build relationships with business clients, realistically manage their expectations, explain methods and theories in simple terms and clearly communicate progress
* Teamwork – The ability to communicate the work being carried out, its stumbling blocks, and results to other team members, both face-to-face and via internal systems. The ability to work productively with colleagues in other teams who possess very different skillsets
* Attention to Detail – The ability to ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in one’s own and others’ work
* Strategy, Creativity & Initiative – Demonstrate the ability to interpret clients’ unique business needs, identify valuable opportunities, and plot innovative, tailored and effective strategies to achieve the desired outcomes
* Data Analysis – The ability to identify pertinent trends within data, using an awareness of basic statistics
* MS Office (to an intermediate level) – Particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook & Word
