Dominus Group, the London-based property developer and investment group, is looking for a Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) to join their site, Hampton by Hilton London City, in the historic Aldgate.
Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London, the hotel opened in May 2023 through a partnership with Dominus Group. The hotel is a stones throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London's historic business district. Plans will revitalise the 1960s building with features that complement the surrounding historic architecture.
The property opened with 129 guestrooms and expanded to 278 guestrooms in late 2023.

About the role
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, whether it be day or night, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. Youll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience, youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Some of the duties youll undertake in this varied role include - telephone enquiries, reservations, preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests, conducting end of shift/day banking, and preparing for the shift ahead as well as assisting other Guest Services Agents in operating and preparing food to local food safety laws and to Hampton by Hilton specifications, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Ensuring food and beverage procedures and standards are adhered to and complies with local and hotel licencing laws.
Youll also be responsible to complete a number of administrative and preparation duties. This could include security checks around the hotel, setting up of service areas (such as breakfast), and basic cleaning tasks. You'll also handle cash/credit transactions and complete/ support in completing, cash/card reconciliation for the hotel.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience ideally within a hotel environment. Experience with OnQ PMS is advantageous.
