It is an exciting time to join our programme. You will engage with Directors, Head teachers, employees and trade union colleagues to take part in the job evaluation process and lead on complex evaluations. It is vital that you can model exceptional people-centred behaviours, so that our workforce have the best possible experience of job evaluation. As the specialist officer, you will quality assure job evaluations, undertaking systematic checks, providing analysis, recommendations, and reports. Key to your success will be your support and coaching of a high performing job evaluator team for great employee experience and quality evaluation outcomes.
This role is Sheffield-based, and you will be required to work regularly in our Sheffield offices and workspaces, travelling to different sites based on business needs.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
