Salary: Up to £51,334 Depending on experience
Position Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday; occasional night visits or weekend work may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
2. Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
3. Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
4. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
5. Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
6. Liaise with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
1. Hold a valid UK NMC pin and remain committed to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
2. Understand the impact of quality nursing care on residents’ lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
3. Stay up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
4. Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
