Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating manufacturing business based in Bournemouth in their recruitment for a Payroll Specialist.
The business is renowned for their enviable open-plan offices with plentiful on-site parking and offers an extremely flexible working pattern, including 3 days a week home working.
Liaising closely with the wider Finance team and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the Payroll department.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing of monthly UK payroll, handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams
2. Processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension
3. Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
4. Maintaining Payroll records
5. Assisting with Payroll Audits, internally and externally
