We are looking for resilient and practical colleagues with a team spirit, who can work at pace in our healthcare environments.
You will be responsible for clinic room assisting duties, reception, office, and assisting with the smooth running of the clinic.
Our ideal candidate should have a good solid background in customer service, office management, and reception, have exceptional communication and written skills, possess good administrative and computer skills, have a good knowledge of protocols and policies, and being proactive in marketing and advertising will also be very valuable.
Candidate Requirements:

* Handle all tasks confidentially and sensitively
The role will involve:
* Learning about infection prevention and control in depth and maintaining exceptional and very strict infection control and hygiene protocols
* Chaperone duties and assisting in the treatment rooms when required
* Setting up for treatments and cleaning down the treatment rooms
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the reception and the office
* Managing the complex appointment system
* Handling all aspects of patient enquiries
* Meeting and greeting patients
* Answering telephones, making appointments, and attending to general enquiries
* You must be sympathetic, understanding, and caring with our patients and staff alike
* Taking clients' payments
* General housekeeping duties
Experience in the aesthetic or medical field is essential, and comprehensive training will be given. You will receive structured ongoing training with full support.
