Purpose Statement: As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and engagement of our customer base. This position involves identifying potential customers, coordinating events and exhibitions, and executing call-out campaigns to boost usage and enhance customer retention. The Events Coordinator will be based in Frimley, with an element of travel across the UK. This role reports to the Events & Exhibitions Manager.

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Event Coordination:
o Customer & market research
o Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, exhibitions, and trade shows
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and delivery.
o Attend and actively participate in station-specific events, collaborating with team members to ensure successful outcomes.
o Attend and actively participate in exhibitions, representing the company in a professional manner
o Assist in the coordination of on-site activities, promotional efforts, and customer engagement initiatives
2. Lead Generation and Call-Out Campaigns:
o Execute call-out campaigns to leads and existing customers to promote product usage.
o Support customer retention efforts through targeted communication and engagement initiatives.
o Gather feedback from customers to enhance product/service offerings and customer satisfaction.
3. Administrative Support:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and event details.
o Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
4. Events and Exhibitions:
o Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
o Develop pre-event communication strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
o Manage logistics, stand setup, and promotional activities during events to enhance the company's visibility.
