Job Description
JAB Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Decommissioning Project Support Specialist to support the delivery of the Harding Facilities Removal & Disposal Project. The ideal candidate will have experience in project engineering, risk management, and change control processes.
The role involves supporting the project team through the initiate and appraise/select phases, preparing and maintaining project documentation, and coordinating the preparation of project deliverables. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining project documentation, including risk registers, action trackers, and decision registers
* SUPPORTING the development and consistent application of risk management, change control (MOPC) and plan execution across the project
* Providing input into updates of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and maintaining the PEP as a live document
* Coordinating the preparation of project deliverables required for progression through the internal Stage Gate process
* FACILITATING regular updates to the Project Planner on activity progress
* Promoting compliance with the management system and project delivery framework
