Responsibilities: Training existing clients with their fitness goals Giving advice on nutrition, health and lifestyle changes Leading personal fitness classes when necessary Helping clients with their workouts and advising them about important safety concerns Recording and creating reports of client’s progress Creating workouts that are safe for the client to replicate Skills: Level 2 certificate in Gym Instructing and a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training Excellent customer service skills Fluent in Chinese and English Ability to work with people of all fitness levels Patient and good communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire others Ability to stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques and health trends
