Our fantastic SEND and Additional Learning Support team across our Worthing and Northbrook Colleges is seeking a dedicated and supportive SEND Manager. As our SEND Manager, you will use your strong leadership skills to support the Head of SEND and Additional Learning Support and Management Team to develop, implement and monitor strategies, processes and policies to drive the area forward to maintain a grade 1 provision. You will work collaboratively and innovatively with the team to design, develop, manage and review programmes in the curriculum area, to ensure needs of EHCPs are met.

Our SEND Manager will have teaching experience within Further Education, to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment and outstanding support for learners. This role also requires training to be delivered to cross-college staff. You must have a working and current understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and an understanding of the High Needs Funding process and its associated paperwork along with the time management skills to meet targets and deadlines.
