The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll be guiding a bright and enthusiastic class through engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering inspiring and interactive lessons that spark a love for learning.
2. Tracking progress and addressing learning gaps, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
3. Collaborating with a supportive team, sharing best practices and fresh ideas.
4. Building positive relationships with pupils, based on trust, encouragement, and respect.
What You'll Need
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
2. KS2 teaching experience (Year 3 experience is a bonus!)
3. A CV with clear employment & education history
4. Excellent references
5. The right to work in the UK
6. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
