Duties for the Logistics administrator include:-
To provide assistance with import and export documentation as directed.
Ensure import & export logs are maintained.
Provide cover in the event of absence/staff holidays
Review and facilitate approval of freight & payment invoices.
Skills the Logistics administrator will need:-
Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to co-operate and work well as part of a team, as well as being able to work under own initiative.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages; Word and Excel
