Page Group are working with a leading manufacturing business providing products into a national B2B customer. As the business continues on their journey to drive improvements and efficiency, they are looking for a new Customer Service Manager to join their offices in Brighouse.
Job Description
1. Lead the Customer Service Department of 4fte to provide world class service to B2B customers.
2. Manage the post sale process including complaints, repairs, installs and parts.
3. Build strong working relationships with key national B2B customers through regular and transparent communications.
4. Drive continuous improvement across the function looking at all process and procedures, ensuring they are robust and fit for purpose.
5. Provide reports and key insight into board level.
6. Work cross functionally with logistics, productions, sales and finance to manage the customer journey.
7. Feedback to production on any quality issues to reduce recurrence.
8. Undertake route cause analysis around customer complaints to reduce recurring issues.
9. Implement, manage and drive KPI Performance across the team.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in a similar Customer Service Management role.
2. Strong people manager.
3. Ability to lead and inspire.
4. Ability to improve process and procedures.
5. Customer centric approach.
