Contract Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is searching for a Website Ecosystem Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract basis with the potential for extension. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for digital ecosystems and consumer-first experiences to make a significant impact on a global scale.
As a Website Ecosystem Manager, you'll be taking the lead in defining and implementing website ecosystem strategies that are tailored to market leads, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver growth and efficiency for the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement a market-level roll-out plan for the digital ecosystem strategy in collaboration with global and regional teams
* Lead the analysis of existing website ecosystems, extracting actionable insights from site, search, social, and media data to inform decision-making
* Develop market-specific website ecosystem strategies based on consumer behavior, business objectives, and competitive analysis
* Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to senior leaders, securing alignment and buy-in at all levels
* Educate global teams on website success factors, from investment and resources to performance optimization
Key Experience
* 3-5 years' experience in digital roles
* Strong knowledge of website performance optimisation. Including - SEO, SEM, CRM, social and media analytics
* Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
* The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence
This is a hybrid position, with ideal candidates being commutable to our clients London head office.
