TELECARE ADMIN TEAM LEADER
⏲Hours: 37.5 per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:30 (with an hours unpaid lunchbreak)
Salary: £25,500-£ 27,500 pa dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid Bowthorpe, Norwich (90% office based 10% remote)
Start Date : November 2024
For this role and to be able to work the 10% remotely, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed

ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You have had experience in a supervisor/managerial role, ideally within a customer facing team.
You have a good general standard of education, a great understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages. Be used to dealing with data and understand the importance of accuracy.
You will confident in communication and decision making. Be able to encourage and motivate your team whilst being approachable. To lead by example and be calm under pressure.
You are able to self-manage your workload within your working day and have the ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
THE ROLE
The Administration team is responsible for the maintenance of our client data, conducting surveys, receiving inbound calls from housing managers and engineers, managing equipment maintenance (e.g., ordering replacement equipment for devices on low battery) and investigating exceptional calls. As an Administration Team Leader, we are first and foremost looking for a People Manager who can motivate and support a hybrid team, and manage the day to day running of the sub-department.
As the Administration Team Leader you will be managing the Administration team within the Alarm Response Centre (ARC), to enable the best level of service to our customers. You will have 20 or so Administration Assistants reporting into you. The Administration Team Leader is part of a wider management team who are responsible for the operational running of the ARC.
