Plus bank holidays Hybrid working available A SNAPSHOT OF THE ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, ensuring timely and accurate performance insights. Reconcile accounts to for departmental reporting. Partner with departments for budget meetings, providing variance analysis and recommendations. Manage payroll journal postings, time sheet analysis, accruals, and expenditure reviews. Support financial's for projects, bids, and tenders. Complete reporting and balance sheet reconciliation's. Act as key contact for the Annual Statutory Audit. Assist with annual budget preparation, re-forecasting, and process improvements in reporting. Does this sound like a good fit for you? Prior experience in an accounting environment. Proficiency in financial reporting. Strong Excel skills and proven report-writing ability. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Methodical and structured approach to work. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the dynamic needs of the business.
