Managing the transition of buildings into our portfolio while ensuring compliance at every stage. And what will you be doing? Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below, we’d be keen for you to apply: Undertake full review of handover, requesting any outstanding information from developer/managing agent Feed relevant information to Finance Manager and Compliance team once obtained Ensure Dwellant and Qube are set up correctly Complete cheat sheet, ensure OOH cover is in place Set up soft service/M&E contracts Instruct H&S/FRA where required Review and produce action plan for PM/Developer to action Issue initial communications to leaseholders and residents Arranged noticeboards, key safes/key cabinets to be installed Key handover O&M review and extraction Downloading necessary land registry documents and reviewing for due diligence Recording handover information and ensure all tracker docs are updated on a daily basis Provide ongoing support to the Integration and wider B&EM team Placing relevant insurance Ensuring utility data is captured and supplies correctly managed/transferred Overall responsibility for set up of individual developments What’s in it for you?
