Myn is looking for a Recruiter Trainer & Onboarding Specialist to guide new recruiters as they launch and grow their businesses on our platform. This is a fully remote, permanent role with a competitive salary, ideal for someone who has walked the recruiter path and now wants to help others do it better, faster, and smarter with tech on their side. About the Role As our Recruiter Trainer you'll be the go-to person for ensuring every new recruiter joining Myn feels confident, informed, and ready to win from day one. Youll combine your recruitment expertise with your tech-savvy mindset to deliver top-tier onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Your Responsibilities Onboarding & Induction: Deliver engaging onboarding sessions that help new recruiters understand how to use Myns platform, tools, and systems. Platform Training: Provide clear, tailored training on our digital workflows, including HubSpot Sales CRM, our ATS, timesheeting tools, and other core systems. LinkedIn Training: Coach new users on best practice use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Sales Navigator, and content tools for talent attraction and BD. Recruiter Enablement: Create and manage resources, guides, and playbooks that help recruiters understand how to get clients, source candidates, and place talent using the Myn ecosystem. One-to-One Coaching: Offer tailored sessions and check-ins to help recruiters develop their BD, candidate delivery, and tech skills. Feedback Loops: Identify gaps or friction in onboarding or training processes and suggest improvements well value your ideas. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Experience teams to ensure new recruiter success is baked into everything we do. What Youll Bring Strong background in recruitment, business development, or recruitment sales youve lived the highs and lows. Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools particularly HubSpot Sales CRM or similar (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.). Proven experience using LinkedIns suite of tools Recruiter, Talent Insights, Sales Navigator. A clear communicator and strong presenter, comfortable leading group training or 1:1 coaching calls. Passion for helping others succeed, with patience and empathy to match. Confident in managing your own time and priorities in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
