Registration Administrator

Part time (afternoons), term time
The primary focus of the role involves overseeing the afternoon registration process to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) requirements. This includes ensuring that all registers are completed, unexplained absences are followed up, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with the ability to maintain precise and accurate records under time constraints. They will be IT literate with experience of databases (ISAMS preferred), email systems and general office technology, and have excellent communication skills. A calm, approachable, cheerful and flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential. An understanding of the attendance process within an Independent School would be an advantage.
The working hours are 1.30pm to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, 17.5 contractual hours per week.
