A vacancy has arisen to work within our Sales & Business Development team. The role of Senior Telemarketing Executive is extremely important in helping to uncover and generate new business opportunities whilst being supported by our sales admin and marketing campaign functions.
We are looking for individuals who can bring not only experience to this role but their own unique ideas to help develop this role and its function.
Responsibilities & Duties
Working with the sales department and supported by the sales administrator, this key role is designed to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, marketing campaigns, social media, and emails.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
1. Research, track, maintain, and update leads
2. Make outgoing calls to identify and secure new business meetings for BDM
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads and follow up on marketing campaigns
4. Build monthly marketing campaigns to deliver to prospect clients via various marketing methods
5. Research and maintain lead generation database
6. Provide accurate and timely information to management
7. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Skills / Attributes Required:
1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
2. Experience with cold calling
3. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Experience in using CRM and lead monitoring software
5. 2-3 years of experience in Lead Generation is a necessity
6. Experience within an MSP or IT environment would be a major advantage but not necessary for the right candidate
7. MUST have checkable references
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Holidays: 20 days annual leave rising to 25 after 2 years plus additional public holidays
