The Role As a Mortgage & Protection Administrator, you will be a key part of the support team, ensuring smooth processing of mortgage and protection cases. Responsibilities include: Acting as the main point of contact for Mortgage Advisers and Clients. Managing administrative tasks such as handling post, booking appointments, and maintaining databases. Communicating with mortgage providers and insurance companies to ensure a seamless process. Producing suitability letters and keeping records up to date. Working in a friendly, office-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to support clients effectively.
