A unique opportunity has arisen within our Customer function at Tesco for a Programmatic Manager. Working alongside the Programmatic Lead with the day-to-day running of programmatic campaigns across display, online video as well as paid social, this role will offer a great depth of scope to learn and develop further in the world of digital marketing. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a digital/marketing role working agency or client side as well as engaging with stakeholders across all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution and reporting of Display & Programmatic activity for Tesco also supporting brand campaigns to drive a relevant action to serve Tesco Shoppers. You will be responsible for: Briefing campaigns to our digital media partners and craft the digital campaign strategy Working collaboratively with our media agency to produce media plans and sharing these with stakeholders for feedback and approval Making best use of data to support and target campaigns, delivering most relevant messages to customers. Supporting the programmatic service teams (at EssenceMediacom) with campaign setup to ensure campaigns go live on time, on target and to budget. Setting KPIs against business objectives and briefs, and owning the delivery of results. Using analytic and measurement tools to be able to interrogate results and take action. Share campaign feedback, communicate what worked and what did not work for future learning. Use results data and hypothesis testing to continually optimise campaigns and inform new plans. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better process or automation. You will need: Previous experience in display & programmatic Marketing working agency or client side Understanding of other performance marketing channels, particularly paid social Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
