The Job
We are seeking a highly talented Motion Design Lead to join our dynamic Creative Studio team. As part of a collaborative team of 16, you will work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create compelling motion graphics that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious motion designer to significantly impact our brand's visual storytelling and marketing efforts.
Your Experience
Must have:
* 7+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques;
* 2+ years of experience managing team members;
* Proven experience in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field;
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, and other motion design software;
* Proficiency in Adobe CC;
* Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects;
* Proven proficiency in Figma or similar software;
* Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers;
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams;
* Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics;
* Familiarity with performance marketing and user acquisition (UA) creatives;
* Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YT, Google, Reddit, etc.
Nice to have:
* Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry;
* Experience in the femtech, health and wellbeing sector;
* Cinema 4D. 3D experience is not a must-have but a big plus;
* Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) creatives;
* Familiarity with CRM.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
* Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video;
* Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content;
* Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions;
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines;
* Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the motion design workflow;
* Mentor junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth;
* Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the motion design process;
* Enhance the visual storytelling of our brand, driving higher engagement and conversion rates;
* Support the achievement of ambitious company revenue targets through compelling and innovative motion design;
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation;
* Actively share knowledge and expertise, contributing to the team's overall success.
