The Growth Company’s (GC) Justice Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Key Worker specialising in family and relationships. You will support individuals on probation in making sustained lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing, and assist the Service Manager with daily delivery arrangements, including coordinating staffing and resources.

Our skilled keyworkers support a range of individuals, from those who are unemployed to those facing complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, addiction and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of a personalised Wellbeing offer that meets individual needs/level of complexity via both 1:1 support and group work
Provide subject matter expert support to the team in their service specialism (Family and relationships).
Support Wellbeing Service Manager to coordinate the deployment of staff to ensure service users can access services, supported by strong partnerships.
Ensure observations are completed within the required timescales.
Report any concerns relating to safeguarding of service users.
Support Keyworkers to ensure high-quality personalised action plans produced for service users.
Develop / maintain effective relationships with partners.
Support Wellbeing Service Manager in communications to National Probation Service Probation Practitioners.
About you:
A warm, approachable style to delivery is required in order to build relationships and rapport.
Strong interpersonal skills - service user contact, team and partnership working.
Able to use digital channels and platforms in service delivery.
Developing strength-based action plans.
Skills Required:
Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape (statutory and community).
Experience of working with both victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse
Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in Justice setting.
Recent experience of delivering personal wellbeing progressions and outcomes, particularly in a Criminal Justice setting.
Experience of managing a caseload of service users, to support them with improving their wellbeing.
Able to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on the successful achievement of outcomes.
Ability to deliver one-to-one and group sessions.
Undertake supervision and observations desirable, although training provided.
