Job description - Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator role includes a broad range of responsibilities across Hamilton Robson’s marketing remit. Our successful candidate will work as a member of the marketing team supporting on digital marketing, content, social and community management, as well as event management for Hamilton Robson group. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in marketing team environment, or a recent graduate who wants to build up experience in a marketing role and progress to Executive. They will also work on some admin for the L&D function.
Marketing
Content and communications –
* Management of web, social, videos, templates, presentations and internal sales documents
* Execution and continued development of our content strategy – blogs and news
* Creation of case studies – written, video, web on both Audio Visual and Software side of the business
* Briefing and copywriting of product and corporate videos where required
* Community management and growth of social media channels
* Support to senior team with internal communications
Sales and business development-
* Respond to web enquiries as the first point of contact
* Chair sales pipeline meeting, provide reporting including on order value etc
* Contribution to marketing campaigns to generate new business and drive website visits
* Working with business development team to prepare pre-sales documentation, presentations and tenders
Event management –
* Assist in the development and management of student events
* Opportunity spotting around student, tech outreach and sales lead gen events
* Event logistics
* Creating promotional plans to support events
* Internal event planning
* Reporting on event success and costs
Learning and Development -
* General admin tasks where required
* Assist with some coordination for the Learning and Development programme
* Tracking and booking courses and exams for AV staff
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Prior experience in copywriting and social media management desirable
* Interest in and passion for Marketing
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and IT concepts
