* Inspire and motivate staff to enhance their work experience.
* Make tough decisions when necessary and implement effective remedies.
* Create a service that excels in dementia care.
Qualifications:
* Ideally have your NVQ 5 or be working towards it.
* A good track record of success and understanding of the 5 KLOE's.
* Previous care home management experience, either as Home Manager or Deputy Manager, is desirable.
