Business Development Representative (SaaS)
£30k-£35k Basic, 10K to 15K Commission, Benefits
Manchester (3 days per week office, 2 days per week home)
*Ideal background is someone with 6-12 months in B2B Sales (ideally Technology) or a Recruiter looking to transition into Tech Sales*
This is a new business sales role, to work for an award winning software business who have just received large scale investment from 2 private equity groups.
Based in Manchester city centre, close to Piccadilly station, they have a unique 3D SaaS platform, used by businesses in Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing and Aerospace sectors, to help consolidate and optimise their supply chains.
As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads and booking sales qualified meetings with potential customers, for an Account Executive to attend and close. You will be led and mentored by a VP of Sales with a wealth of experience scaling SaaS sales and marketing teams. You will also have lots of support from Marketing and access to tools such as LinkedIN Sales Nav and ZoomInfo to ensure you’re set up for success. And should you be successful in the role you will have the opportunity to progress into an Account Executive role.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:
- 6 to 12 months’ in an outbound prospecting role, preferably for a tech business.
- A demonstrable track record of target v achievement
- Commutable to Manchester city centre
